This role manages parts requisition, purchasing, and inventory across the maintenance and facility departments and sites using EAM and Coupa systems. Responsibilities include verifying documentation, placing and receiving orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and serving as a system administrator. The position acts as the main contact for vendors and suppliers, oversees PPE vending operations, supports maintenance teams with administrative tasks, and assists with spare parts setup for new equipment. It also leads small inventory projects, resolves PO and invoice discrepancies, and may supervise storeroom clerks. Off-hours support may be required for urgent material need.
