About The Position

A Maintenance Building Technician performs general maintenance and/or minor repairs to building and grounds at the facility or at other Company properties.

Requirements

Qualified individual should have 2 years of general construction experience and electrical craft experience.
Must have a valid drivers’ license with the ability to drive company vehicles.
Individual must have knowledge of maintenance supplies, equipment, materials and methods in addition to ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools/equipment in performing tasks.

Responsibilities

Performing general maintenance/repairs to building, grounds, equipment and other physically demanding tasks typically required (i.e. carpentry, plumbing, electrical and clean-up duties); and carrying out established preventive maintenance programs.
