Breakdown Coordinator, Starting at $20.39hr Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7pm - 6:30am Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes our very own employee resorts Click here to learn more about our employee resorts R+L Carriers - Women in Trucking Company Culture R+L Carriers has an immediate opportunity for a Breakdown Coordinator at our Wilmington, OH Service Center. Preferred candidates will be able to answer breakdown calls, diagnose problems with truck and trailers, talk driver through temp repair if not able to repair must set up repair service and pay bill when breakdown is completed. This person will do indexing of service sheets, lease agreements, forklift operator sheet scans, make work orders for PO Numbers, and process invoices. Other duties as required by management.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as tractor/trailer mechanic.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be willing to volunteer for holiday work.
• Must be willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• answer breakdown calls
• diagnose problems with truck and trailers
• talk driver through temp repair if not able to repair must set up repair service and pay bill when breakdown is completed
• indexing of service sheets
• indexing of lease agreements
• forklift operator sheet scans
• make work orders for PO Numbers
• process invoices
• Other duties as required by management.
