Nice To Haves

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, Electrical and Industrial or related field
• Between 1-3 years of experience in building inspections, maintaining equipment
• Between 1-3 years of experience in electrical, plumbing work, machinery repairs
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of the physical premises and equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify, address potential issues before they cause disruptions.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure maintenance needs are met promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and any issues resolved.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
