Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment under the direction of the Building Supervisor. Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; painting, performs grounds maintenance such as snow removal, sanding, on call responsibilities, and other maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements

Basic computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license required, with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment
Assist with renovation/remodeling of buildings
Repair plaster and drywall
Painting
Perform grounds maintenance such as snow removal, sanding
On call responsibilities
Other maintenance tasks as required
