About The Position

Full-Time Hourly Employment Schedule could differ Starting Pay- $20.00/hour Benefits offered after specified employment period. Job Summary: This isn't your typical lightbulb-changing maintenance role. You will be a key player in building our brand’s physical presence across Indiana and Michigan . From maintaining existing sites to transforming an empty shell into a grand-opening-ready retail space, you’ll handle everything from demolition to the finishing touches.

Requirements

  • The "Handyman" Skillset: Proven experience in painting, flooring, and basic construction. If you’ve worked in a trade or on a "flip" team, you’ll fit right in.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret floor plans, assembly instructions, and layout diagrams.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and remain on your feet for long shifts during "crunch time" store openings.
  • Road Warrior Mentality: Must have a valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel extensively across state lines (Indiana/Michigan).
  • Problem Solver: You don't just see a broken fixture; you see three ways to fix it with the tools on hand.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to traverse and access any/all areas of the warehouse/stores.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse climate with a broad temperature range.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel to other retail locations as needed.
  • Must have valid driving license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • New Store Construction & Setup: Assist in "ground-up" retail builds, including tearing up old flooring, painting, and basic carpentry.
  • Fixture & Display Assembly: Build and install heavy-duty shelving units, custom displays, and retail fixtures according to floor plans.
  • Merchandising Layout: Follow technical blueprints to set store layouts, ensuring all aisles and displays meet brand standards.
  • Signage & Branding: Professionally hang internal and external signage, ensuring everything is level, secure, and highly visible.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform general repairs at existing retail locations (plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general "handyman" tasks).
  • Travel & Logistics: Travel frequently between various sites in Indiana and Michigan to support store launches and emergency repairs.

Benefits

  • Benefits offered after specified employment period.
