Requirements

  • Capability to safely operate power tools
  • Experience in millwrighting, welding, and electrical repair
  • Ability to frequently climb to varying heights including grain legs
  • Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or carry heavy objects no more than 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed
  • Willingness to work various weather elements including cold, heat, wind, rain, etc
  • Willingness to provide basic hand tools needed to complete required tasks

  • Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers
  • Clean interior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment, and exterior of the building
  • Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  • Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisor
  • Operate all power tools in a safe manner
  • Overhaul gearboxes and milling equipment as needed
  • Perform electrical work
  • Perform millwright work as needed
  • Perform routine building maintenance duties
  • Perform welding, cutting and layout work as needed
  • Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
  • Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
