Requirements

Keeping a clean and safe environment to shop and work in
Assisting customers at any moment when needed
Ability to demonstrate and set the example for Adams’ culture and values
Willingness to work collaboratively and communicate with a team of co-workers and managers
Exhibit enthusiasm, positivity and/or knowledge about Adams’ products and quality

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, helpful service and assist customers when needed, including loading heavy items
Keep store floors and walkways clean and safe by sweeping, mopping, handling spills, and using wet floor signs
Maintain clean and stocked bathrooms at all times
Remove carts from the parking lot and take out garbage as needed
Perform general property upkeep, including shoveling, salting, sanding, and basic landscaping
Sweep and maintain the cleanliness of exterior walkways
Complete additional cleaning or maintenance tasks IF assigned, including using a floor scrubber or making local customer deliveries
