Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
- Repair, fix and maintain mechanical equipment and machines.
- Painting, plumbing, flooring, electrical, heating and air repair.
- Maintain grounds and parking lot including garden, mowing lawn, trimming, edging and collecting trash.
- Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building- dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping etc.
- Remove garbage daily from around the entire facility.
- Handle emergency clean ups as directed.
- Proper usage of cleaning chemicals, safety attire and tools.
- Complete inspections of all back of house and front of house areas with Maintenance Manager.
- Observe, instructs and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
- Assist with Guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.
- Constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures.
- Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
- Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
- Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
