Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
  • Repair, fix and maintain mechanical equipment and machines.
  • Painting, plumbing, flooring, electrical, heating and air repair.
  • Maintain grounds and parking lot including garden, mowing lawn, trimming, edging and collecting trash.
  • Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building- dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping etc.
  • Remove garbage daily from around the entire facility.
  • Handle emergency clean ups as directed.
  • Proper usage of cleaning chemicals, safety attire and tools.
  • Complete inspections of all back of house and front of house areas with Maintenance Manager.
  • Observe, instructs and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
  • Assist with Guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.
  • Constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
  • Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
  • Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
