As a Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for providing repair and upkeep services for the residences of our clients, which may involve troubleshooting plumbing or electrical problems, fixing appliances, conducting inspections, and addressing damages in different parts of buildings. You will also perform painting and surface refinishing tasks, assist with basic vehicle maintenance, and must possess your own tools for the tasks.
