About The Position

Maintenance Associate/Lubrication Technician | Now Hiring | Santa Fe Springs, CA Compensation Includes: Starting range of $20.66 - $27.31/hour - paid weekly Available Shift: 1st shift 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Rotating two days off

Requirements

Ability to perform strenuous work
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions from equipment manuals.
Ability to perform complicated maintenance repairs individually by contacting SME & without close supervision.
Ability to establish an effective working relationship with other employees
A strong mechanical aptitude.
Previous electrical experience with troubleshooting capabilities.
Knowledge of electrical repairs and duties.
Experience in using all common hand and power tools
Skills to service and provide general building maintenance
Ability to operate a forklift
HS Diploma or equivalency
Must have no more than 4 attendance points
Must not have a step 2 disciplinary action within the last year
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders for extended periods.
Frequently required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently.
Use of hands and arms to handle tools, operate machinery, and perform maintenance tasks with precision.
Comfortable working in a variety of environmental conditions, including hot, cold, wet, dusty, or noisy areas.
Visual acuity to read technical documents, safety warnings, and perform detailed inspections.
Ability to respond to auditory signals, alarms, and verbal instructions.
Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by the task.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with Thermoforming machines preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate inventory and manage routine ordering of products
Stock and organize inventory locations
Utilize tools and equipment for routine and non-routine lubrication functions
Drain and clean reservoirs
Perform mechanical modifications to systems as directed to support sampling, filtration, and proactive improvements
Fill and top off reservoirs
Change filters and breathers on reservoirs
Operate filtration equipment
Perform grease lubrication using both manual and automatic dispensing equipment
Schedule, collect, label, and ship samples for analysis
