About The Position
We are currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate to assist with facility maintenance for our locations throughout Ocean County. The Maintenance Associate will work under the guidance of the Maintenance Coordinator to ensure the upkeep and repair of our properties. This role involves a variety of tasks including minor repairs, painting, and groundskeeping. The successful candidate will have a flexible schedule and be available to work approximately 20 hours per week, contributing to the overall maintenance and functionality of our facilities. The Maintenance Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and safe for all users. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently while following the guidance of the Maintenance Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying maintenance needs and addressing them promptly to maintain the high standards of our facilities.
