Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate and set the example for Adams culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service and assist customers when needed, including loading heavy items.
• Keep store floors and walkways clean and safe by sweeping, mopping, handling spills, and using wet floor signs.
• Maintain clean and stocked bathrooms at all times.
• Remove carts from the parking lot and take out garbage as needed.
• Perform general property upkeep, including shoveling, salting, sanding, and basic landscaping.
• Sweep and maintain the cleanliness of exterior walkways.
• Complete additional cleaning or maintenance tasks if assigned, including using a floor scrubber or making local customer deliveries.
