  • Provide first-class customer service to prospects and residents.
  • Clean all vacated units to prepare them for lease and move-in.
  • Assist in keeping the property grounds clean by picking up trash.
  • Ensure the property is clean, maintained, and safe for residents, prospects, employees, and visitors at all times.
  • Identify and address potential situations that could cause liability to the property or management company.
  • Assess the physical condition of properties and recommend improvements to enhance curb appeal, with approval from the Manager.
  • Complete all work orders timely, professionally, and courteously, ensuring thorough clean-up before leaving the unit or finishing each work session.
  • Maintain an organized and safe maintenance shop and storage areas at all times.
  • Ensure all exterior lighting is functional and adequate for community safety; oversee necessary inspections.
  • Set realistic project deadlines and keep the Manager updated on progress.
  • Follow all applicable codes, legal requirements, OSHA standards, and compliance statutes.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience managing building systems in student housing.
  • At least 1 year experience with building automation systems and life safety systems.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — creative, proactive, and willing to challenge the status quo to better serve residents and the company.
