Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and work in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, and general cleaning.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimum disruption to operations.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of supplies and equipment, reporting when restocking is necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure efficient property management.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document and report any maintenance concerns or issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
