About The Position
Valencia Assisted Living is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance assistant to oversee the upkeep, repair, and operational integrity of our assisted living community. The Maintenance assistant will ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors by managing all aspects of facility management, including preventative programs, emergency preparedness, grounds keeping, and routine repairs. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with expertise in building management systems, regulatory compliance, and team coordination.
