Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum three (3) years related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job
Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively to residents and families and to work cooperatively with other employees at all levels

Responsibilities

Ensuring that all maintenance activities in a facility are appropriately carried out
Maintaining and upholding the quality and standards of an organization
Keeping a record of all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintaining a cycle of the same
Ensuring proper working shifts of employees
Evaluating staff performances
Complying with all safety norms and regulations set by the industry
Delegating work to subordinates and ensuring the timely completion of the same
