About The Position
Maintenance Assistants Hiring Now! Aegis of Madison is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to assist the Maintenance Director in the general maintenance and repair of our assisted living community and works for the lowest-cost solutions to maintenance issues. Requirements
- Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of facilities and operations systems management in an assisted living and dementia care community
- Skilled at building relationships with residents and staff members
- Ability to maintain resident confidentiality
- Knowledge and/or ability to learn federal, state, and local regulations
- Must be willing to take 2-step TB test
