The Job At-A-Glance We are looking to add a Maintenance Assistant who will provide first-class customer service to prospects and residents. This role is responsible for cleaning all vacated units to prepare them for lease and move-in. The Maintenance Assistant will also assist in keeping the property grounds clean by picking up trash, while ensuring all requests are handled promptly and professionally. Consistently maintaining professional quality in workmanship, communication, personal appearance, organization, and reporting is expected.
