Responsibilities
- Complete routine repairs and preventative maintenance
- Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Maintain resident apartments and common areas
- Handle painting, patching, and light construction projects
- Keep grounds, walkways, and building areas safe and clean
- Respond to maintenance requests with urgency and care
