About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Assistant with a primary focus on floor cleaning to join our team on a full-time basis. Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work on weekends
• Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Perform regular floor cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing, primarily on weekends
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of facilities
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the premises
• Assist with other custodial or maintenance duties as assigned
