This role supports daily maintenance operations and works closely with nursing and leadership teams to ensure resident comfort, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Maintenance or general facilities experience preferred
Strong work ethic, dependability, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general upkeep)
Maintain grounds, parking areas, and common spaces
Replace light bulbs, clean windows/screens, and perform general facility upkeep
Respond to maintenance requests and assist with unscheduled repairs as needed
Follow maintenance schedules, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines
Coordinate maintenance work with nursing staff in resident care areas
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and incidents promptly
Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools and equipment
