  • Maintenance, facilities, or apartment experience preferred
  • Comfortable using tools and learning new skills
  • Pride in quality work and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Complete routine repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Maintain resident apartments and common areas
  • Handle painting, patching, and light construction projects
  • Keep grounds, walkways, and building areas safe and clean
  • Respond to maintenance requests with urgency and care
