Requirements

At least 2 years of maintenance experience with solid references
Experienced painter – this is a must
HVAC knowledge is a plus
Familiar with carpet extraction, VCT floor care, and general building upkeep
Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and handle physically active work
Friendly, dependable, organized, and a true team player
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
High school diploma or GED
You’ll need to be comfortable walking, bending, climbing stairs and ladders, working overhead, and accessing all areas of the property—including roofs and mechanical spaces.

Responsibilities

Keep building systems running smoothly and safely
Handle general repairs, painting, and preventative maintenance
Help maintain the appearance of common areas and grounds
Pitch in with light housekeeping when needed (bathrooms, windows, vacuuming, etc.)
Follow cleaning and maintenance schedules with minimal supervision
Tackle special projects and other duties as they come up
