We are currently seeking a qualified Full Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Peak Resources Shelby. Excellent compensation and benefits! Typical Work Schedule is: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Every Other Weekend- On Call.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer skills
Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace

Nice To Haves

At least one to two (1-2) years physical plant and equipment experience
Understanding of Life Safety Code in the long-term care setting

Responsibilities

Maintains the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.
