Requirements
- 2 years experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Valid Drivers license.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and perform and needed repair.
- Maintain, repair, or replace HVAC equipment.
- Painting of walls and trims.
- Performs various plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance.
- Performs overall upkeep of grounds, sidewalks, and parking lots.
