About The Position

Requirements

Proven experience in building maintenance, repair, or a related field
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Technical certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building upkeep
Assist with preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and address potential problems
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies
Support the setup and breakdown of facilities for events or special functions
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
