Requirements

• Experience in assisted living or similar environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in maintenance or environmental services.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Environmental Services Director (ESD) with the general maintenance of the community including all common areas, resident apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Drive the community van.
• Lead by example and ensure that the progress and services provided maximize each resident's quality of life, identity, interests, abilities, and preferences.
• Communicate with other team members and engage in direct conversation with residents to get to know them personally.
