Responsibilities

• Ensure the community is attractive and well-maintained for residents and staff.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the interior and exterior of buildings and equipment.
• Make repairs in occupied apartments and manage turnover unit tasks such as repainting and carpet cleaning.
• Be available and on call for emergencies day and night.
• Work with outside vendors and monitor their work.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and effective time management.
• Actively participate as a team member and work towards team goals.
