About The Position

Maintenance Assistant/ Floor Technician Opportunity at Meadow View Part Time Day Hours Available The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community's physical plant and grounds ensuring a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the public. The Floor Technician provides floor cleaning and maintenance services promoting a safe, sanitary, comfortable and homelike environment for our residents, staff and the public.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence
  • Prior maintenance experience preferred.
  • Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
