About The Position

Maintains and continuously improves electrical and C&D systems and spare parts in order to reduce machine downtime, maintenance costs and scrap level. Transfers knowledge and conducts training to personnel based on electrical and C&D skill matrix in order to ensure best maintenance practice for electrical and C&D systems. Supports the startup of new equipment. Supports all electrical and C&D maintenance activities 24/7 in order to fulfill committed production plans. Ensures, maintains and supervises C&D standards for all installations and upgrades of equipment including interfaces to Manufacturing IT Systems. Maintains continuous backups for all equipment's, controls remote access and supports change management. Interacts with suppliers to implement required electrical equipment upgrades. Troubleshoot Hydraulic system and provide root cause analysis for problems. Assists Maintenance Area Leader in the management of the Area Maintenance department. Ensures a proper diagnostic of electrical problems, repair and restart of production machineries of the area of responsibility in case of breakdowns. Manages C&D equipment's spare parts in cooperation with Purchasing Department. Identifies, analyses and insures the implementation of potential Controls & Drives improvements (including costs savings, downtime and scrap reduction) on area production machineries in cooperation with other departments. Implements, Validates and Documents the hardware and software changes made to the Control Systems in accordance with Change Management Specification. Provides training to the Maintenance Team and other C&D Engineers related to Control and Drive Systems including IT interfaces. Adapts training content according to trainees knowledge. Gives clear instructions. Answers questions or find another person who can do so. Motivates the trainees to try what they have learned. Coordination with Training Department is required.

Requirements

  • Engineer Degree
  • PLC Programming Knowledge
  • Minimum of 3 years of Maintenance experience
