About the position

As a Maintenance Apprentice/Facilities Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Responsibilities

• Assist with routine facilities maintenance tasks.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments to building fixtures and equipment.
• Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving facility issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance needs.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down for company events and meetings.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• This position is entry level, and no experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
