What You’ll Do: Learn directly from experienced Maintenance Technicians on how to maintain and repair car wash equipment. Assist with routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting. Support day-to-day operations by keeping equipment in top shape and ensuring safety standards. Travel between multiple sites within your assigned region to provide maintenance support. Jump in with a positive attitude to help the team wherever needed. Requirements
- A go-getter with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in mechanical, electrical, or technical work (experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!).
- Dependable and ready to take initiative.
- Ability to work with your hands, solve problems, and adapt to new challenges.
- Commitment to teamwork and delivering a clean, fast, and friendly experience for every guest.
