Join a company dedicated to developing Maintenance Technicians with no prior experience! This is a fantastic opportunity to participate in a 90-day paid apprenticeship where you are provided training and comprehensive knowledge of the work that goes into multi-family property maintenance. After you have completed the 90-day paid benefit's eligible apprenticeship, you will begin a permanent position as a Maintenance Technician. This will come with a $1000 bonus for successfully completing the apprenticeship and becoming a permanent FRED employee.
