Provides support for all hospital mechanical equipment and infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, Chillers, Compressors, PTAC units, BAS controls, Medical Air Gas Systems, plumbing fixtures, life safety, and electrical systems. Performs daily rounds to ensure that all building systems are operating properly. Performs preventative maintenance and work orders as assigned. Responds to house calls for all maintenance requests. Understanding of electrical safety and lockout/tagout standards. Some trade or vocational school course completion preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of training from a certified technical school or program. A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial building maintenance. OSHA Certification
