This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures. Job Purpose and ImpactThe Maintenance and Reliability Senior Supervisor will supervise and execute the deployment of overall leading maintenance practices aligned to production needs. In this role, you will lead a team that executes routine complex activities to maintain and improve capacity utilization and quality standards realized through reliable operations across the region.Key Accountabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience managing tasks across multiple crafts (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• SAP experience
• Capital Project Management experience
• Management of R&M Budget
• Strong computer skills (word, excel, PP, etc)

Nice To Haves

• Two years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate and integrates with other plant functions to ensure support.
• Ensure work is performed following safety guidelines to ensure health and wellbeing of employees.
• Resolve maintenance priorities based on established plans and assigns tasks.
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure that disruption to production is minimized.
• Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Other duties as assigned
