About The Position
As the Maintenance and Reliability Manager at Mondelēz International, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to lead the future of snacking. Your primary goal will be to strive for zero breakdowns and optimize maintenance costs across our operations. This position is critical in coordinating planned corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities, focusing on the technical development of our maintenance and operations teams. You will be responsible for advancing the Progressive Maintenance (PM) Pillar, implementing condition-based monitoring (CBM) technologies, and leading the management of maintenance, repairs, and operations (MRO) spare parts. Utilizing the SAP PM module effectively will be essential, along with fostering skill development within your team. Success in this role will be measured through key performance indicators such as injury rates, equipment reliability (GE), mean time between failures (MTBF), and the completion rates of PM and CBM tasks. You will also oversee inventory management and fixed cost management related to spare parts, contract services, and labor. Your leadership will be crucial in improving maintenance skills and ensuring the continuous improvement of maintenance processes, ultimately enhancing the production process. You will provide coaching and mentorship to the maintenance team, guiding them in the implementation of Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) methodologies. This includes delivering zero breakdowns through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, as well as ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards. You will manage the scheduling of maintenance activities, ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime. Additionally, you will coordinate training for maintenance and operations staff, optimizing the use of the SAP PM tool to manage work orders and spare parts requisition effectively. Your role will also involve managing maintenance costs and ensuring that all activities align with company policies and industry standards.
