Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or other related)
- 3+ years experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
- Proficient in root cause analysis and FMEA
- Familiar with predictive maintenance technologies (thermography, vibration, oil analysis)
- Understanding of electro-mechanical systems (drives, motors, valves, fans)
Nice To Haves
- SAP experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead Safety Culture : Promote safety awareness and proactive risk assessment across the Maintenance team.
- Implement Predictive Maintenance : Deploy advanced preventive technologies for rotating and fixed equipment.
- Analyze & Optimize : Use data and failure trends to set priorities, schedules, and spare parts strategies.
- Apply Best Practices : Enhance programs for compressors, motors, pumps, winders, and cooling units.
- Resolve Root Causes : Conduct failure analysis to eliminate recurring issues and improve reliability.
