About The Position

Join Monash University as a Maintenance and Minor Works Senior Officer and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of reactive maintenance and minor works projects across a diverse and dynamic campus portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the effective operation of facilities by coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, assisting with planning and scheduling, and supporting contract and contractor management processes. Working as part of the Services Operations team, you will provide timely technical and administrative support while delivering a high standard of customer service to a broad range of stakeholders. You will be involved in monitoring contractor performance, supporting compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and contributing to cost control and reporting activities.
