Maintenance and Gounds Keeper
About The Position
Job Purpose: Maintain buildings and grounds Primary Responsibilities: Assist with all aspects of park upkeep including: Grounds - Lawncare, snow removal, and parking lot upkeep Maintenance - Holiday Light display set-up/breakdown, safety checks on equipment, and complete general handman maintenance and repairs at the property. Additional: Position requires flexibility to work varied shifts including some holidays and possibly weekends. Employee must have transportation for the ability to work at various locations. Drugs and Alcohol - We have the following polices in place: Pre-Employment, Post-Accident, Reasonable Suspicion and CDL Driver Testing as well as Random Screening. Background Check - Background checks are required for this position.
