The Maintenance & Facilities Engineering Coordinator will work closely with the Maintenance supervisor to deliver departmental objectives through data analysis and performance improvement opportunities. The role involves compiling, coordinating, and maintaining aspects of external service provider partnerships and contracts, overseeing their work performance, and supporting the implementation of Health & Safety Standards. The Coordinator will develop framework contracts and Service Level Agreements for external service providers, manage calibration and engineering inspection requirements, and maintain a critical spares inventory. Additionally, the position includes developing designs for facility systems, coordinating engineering support for workstations, and managing construction projects. The Coordinator will also ensure employee and asset security, promote a compliance culture, and perform special projects as required.
