About The Position

This position ensures that all maintenance teams' training, paperwork, and administrative duties are completed timely and accurately.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Read, write, and orally communicate in English.
• Two years' experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree.
• Excellent skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft suite.
• Experience with ERP / MMS systems.
• Previous maintenance experience in meat / food processing facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure KPI's are gathered and distributed weekly to key maintenance management.
• Follow up on pm and work order scheduling daily of all teams.
• Follow up to ensure night lists are being updated and distributed daily.
• Follow up to ensure weekend lists are being updated and distributed weekly to key members of management.
