About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative at Southwest Self Storage, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers have a positive experience from their initial inquiry to their move-out process. This position requires a hands-on approach, working closely with facility staff and reporting to the Facility Manager, while also being comfortable working independently. Your responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, conducting property tours, performing light maintenance duties, and maintaining the overall appearance of the property.
