About The Position
The Maintenance and Capital Program Manager directs the Maintenance department and manages the site Capital program in order to meet production, quality and cost objectives. The position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. Through reliability centered maintenance, you will maintain requirements for equipment, materials, and manpower resources that are used to drive performance improvements. You will represent the site maintenance team on cross-functional leadership teams to drive site and business goals, and will be responsible for operational results across multiple teams/units within the facility.
