About The Position

We are looking for a Maintenance Analyst to join our team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This position is an experienced non-management level role within the Operations function, located in Tabacoville, NC. The Maintenance Analyst will develop partnership relationships with external agencies and providers to drive success and enhance the effectiveness of processes. The role involves investigating the scope of work, planning materials and tools, evaluating the impact on production schedules, and coordinating work to optimize efficiency and timeliness. The analyst will utilize the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to prepare reports and facilitate continuous improvement, identify root causes, implement new methods or technology, and maximize equipment reliability and availability through planned maintenance.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with Manufacturing Controls Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • High sense of urgency and strong work ethic.
  • Computer skills using Process Control System Ignition and MS Office products (i.e., Word, and Outlook).
  • Analytical problem solving, decision making, and negotiating skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, be proactive, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and basic skills in MS Office; or an associate degree in Technical or related field with relevant work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an FDA regulated work environment.
  • Knowledge/experience with Integrated Work Systems.
  • Manufacturing Process Control Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop partnership relationships with external agencies and providers to drive success and enhance effectiveness of processes.
  • Investigate the scope of work, plan materials and tools, evaluate the impact to production schedules, and coordinate work to optimize efficiency and timeliness.
  • Utilize the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to prepare reports and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Identify root causes and implement new methods or technology to enhance effectiveness and drive success.
  • Maximize equipment reliability and availability by returning equipment to OEM design standards through planned maintenance.
  • Manage CMMS data collection and information gathering to provide planned maintenance service more effectively in the future.
  • Analyze CMMS data to improve the maintenance process.
  • Plan corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance work orders using the CMMS.
  • Perform initial job screening, analyze job requirements, conduct job research, and build detailed job plans.
  • Ensure timely, efficient, and quality services for all internal partners of the Maintenance department.
  • Collaborate with Operations management and engineering to balance daily output with the need for equipment reliability through proactive maintenance.
  • Perform long and short-range planning and provide data to support budget and staffing requirements.
