Maint Air-Conditioning Journeyman FT, Days (6am-2:30pm)

Provides skilled repair and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems. This position may require flexibility of hours, days, and occasional weekends. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in air conditioning and refrigeration, with trade school military service, or apprenticeship training, preferably in hospital setting.
- Required: EPA Section 608 Universal Certificate issued by US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
- CA driver's license
- Knowledge of the use of the tools and methods used in HVAC and refrigeration.
- Knowledge of materials and their applications.
- Ability to read and follow blueprint and services manuals.
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook; computer proficiency required.
- Proficiency in Building Automation System (BAS)
