About The Position
Can you fix it? Yes, you can! We have the position for you! DevonHouse Senior Living is hiring a Part Time Maintenance Aide to assist our Maintenance Director with facility repairs and painting. The Maintenance Aide is responsible for minor repairs and upkeep throughout the building and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Director. Our goal is providing the best service possible; therefore, honoring resident requests is our specialty.
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to provide exceptional customer service.
- The ability to meet minimum physical requirements to perform job duties.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize daily work
Responsibilities
- Performs routine preventative maintenance to resident rooms to ensure everything is in proper working order.
- Assists in moving materials, supplies, equipment, etc.
- Attends staff meetings and in-service education, as required.
- Assists the Maintenance Director in resolving guest complaints.
