About The Position

Do you have a knack for fixing things? Heather Heights Senior Living Facility is looking for a Part Time Maintenance Aide / 10 - 20 hours per week. Responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility. Provide residents with well-maintained building and grounds. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for minor repairs and upkeep throughout the building and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Director.

Requirements

• Painting Experience
• Minor Maintenance Repair Experience
• Team player
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand be active (lift, pull, and/or push a reasonable weight) for extended periods of time.
