About The Position

Are you a stickler for maintenance, fixing things and problem solving? If yes, we want to meet you! Lansdowne Heights, our brand-new Memory Care Facility, is hiring a Maintenance Tech. Our Maintenance Tech must be attentive, friendly, courteous, and committed to providing efficient service by maintaining resident common areas and offices. Part-Time 16+ Hours a week. Flexible working hours.

Requirements

Painting Experience
Minor Maintenance Repair Experience
Team player
Detail oriented
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to stand be active (lift, pull, and/or push a reasonable weight) for extended periods of time.
