Requirements

  • Ideal candidate should excel in open communication, detailed orientated, well organized
  • Industrial parts knowledge helpful

Responsibilities

  • Individual must be able to carry out each duty and responsibility meeting FCC and Fleet Managers expectations
  • Adhere to all FCC Safety, Policies and Procedures
  • Adhere to all DOT and OSHA requirements
  • Part ID with vendor schematics
  • Inventory management to include ordering, receiving, tracking, stocking, and warranty processing
  • Maintain par levels of inventory
  • Load/unload deliveries with forklift – will train
  • Able to lift and carry up to 75lbs
  • Invoicing and PO creating/closing and filing
  • Monthly budget management
  • Create reports, monthly consolidation
  • Proficient in Word and Excel programs
  • Work closely with vendors
  • Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Fleet Manager
  • Requires minimal supervision but will report to Maintenance Supervisor and Fleet Manager
